Fine stay in a historic retreat
What a delight! The grounds are gorgeous and the history behind the place is excellent. Our room had an amazing view of the lake. Little extras like homemade cake and peach wine.

unusual european hotel with outstanding views over the gardens or lake. fabulously friendly, excellent staff towards all guests. well furnished room with separate bathroom and a safe box and multi-channel television. good restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was fabulous and gorgeous with beautiful location near a restaurant whose staff demonstrate deep, professional pride as well as friendliness and humour, Beaune and Dijon and really picturesque gardens, which have over the last 10 years restored by the current owners to a truly' jaw dropping' stay. There was a fairly quiet and well-appointed room with high-speed reliable wifi...
